Remote transmission using HOL-CBX4 (example)
Allows you to easily change the direction of the transmission signal.
- Allows you to easily change the directionality simply by replacing the module.
- Eliminates the need to extract and insert the optical cord (for convenience and time saving).
- Considerably reduces the amount of dirt on the optical surface because the optical connector is not exposed.
Optical level monitoring
- Monitors the received light level and issues a warning with a flashing LED if the level falls.
- Lights a LED to provide a warning at one of three stages, according to the received light level.
- Allows you to determine how warnings are issued for each module.
Transmission between two opposite pieces of equipment is supported using one optical camera cable.
- Transmission of another product can be optically multiplexed.
Transmission between sites is supported with a single one-core cable by optically multiplexing another product with the HOL-CBX series converter. (Signals are optically multiplexed on a dark fiber for efficient transmission.)
Neat and tidy wiring
- Separation of optical fibers from metal wiring
By separating optical fibers from coaxial cables, each module can be inserted and extracted to change the signal direction and perform maintenance, without having to touch the optical fibers .
