For connecting small devices such as CCD cameras
- 4P to 20P are available, and the one-touch push-pull locking mechanism enables quick insertion and removal. There is also a screw lock type.
- The connector uses Hirose Electric Co., Ltd.'s HR10A, 25 series connector, and is an ultra-compact circular connector cable that has undergone our unique PVC integral molding process.
Along with the miniaturization of CCD cameras and the spread of head-separated types, camera cables are also required to be thinner and have higher density connections. Hirakawa Hewtech's CCD camera cables are based on conventional camera cable design technology and processing technology to meet the demands of many fields.
In addition to proposing standard products, we also provide detailed support with designed wires according to the usage environment. We welcome inquiries about improving bending performance, adding oil resistance, responding to usage environments such as cold resistance, and length differences other than standard use.
We also process small circular connectors. We have adopted a highly reliable processing method that integrally molds after solidifying the connection part with hard resin. In addition, for ultra-small connector processing, we have applied our own integrated molding processing. We also handle assembly type connector processing and specified processing of terminals.
