Hirakawa Ultra-fine/ultra-fine coaxial cable assembly (#40 to #50)

In order to meet the demands of the rapid spread of digital devices, high density, and high functionality, we have established an assembly method using ultra-fine (ultra-fine) coaxial cables through our unique construction method. Cables are connected to commercially available connectors and custom-designed connection boards (printed boards, etc.), and all products are guaranteed before delivery. In addition to procuring parts such as connectors, we will respond to requests from the customer's point of view, such as designing connection boards and making proposals for improving the reliability of connection parts.

1.Excellent transmission characteristics
The terminal processing part is an assembly that does not disturb the coaxial structure as much as possible in order to reduce impedance mismatch. In addition, the narrow pitch connection is useful for space saving. We have our own processing equipment that enables stable assembly.
2. Improved design flexibility
It is also possible to select domestic and overseas connectors that you have specified. We can also undertake custom-designed connection boards that meet customer needs. Furthermore, in order to improve the reliability of the terminal connection part, we will respond to requests such as integrated molding technology using environmentally friendly resin.
3. Lower initial cost compared to FPC
Even if specifications such as cable length and number of core wires are changed, there is no high initial cost like FPC, and it is possible to respond flexibly and speedily.
4. Excellent product assurance system
In addition to all electrical inspections, it is also possible to guarantee products by implementing impedance measurements.
