Hirakawa High density mounting ZIF connector
It enables high-density assembly of ultra-fine coaxial wires, and responds to diversifying demands for multi-channel signal transmission. This ZIF (Zero Insertion Force) connector has a structure that is superior in electrical characteristics such as crosstalk compared to conventional ZIF connectors.
- 1.Flexible specifications
- This is a high-density, multi-pole (up to 272 poles) connector that allows you to freely customize the pin assignment (GND, Sig arrangement) of the connecting board that makes up the connector.
- 2. Excellent transmission characteristics
- By adopting a metal shell for the connector housing and using a grounding pin on the receptacle connector side, it is effective in suppressing noise. And crosstalk is minimized by transmitting each pin as short as possible. In addition, the assembly that maintains the coaxial structure as much as possible at the connection with the cable also ensures transmission quality.
- 3. Peripheral parts are also supported
- We support not only connectors but also covers, cases (castings, cuts) and bushings (moldings) from design to procurement and assembly of product mechanism parts. Effective for protecting joints and improving mechanical strength such as bending and tension.
