VLC series, ELC series

This series is a cable that takes environmental resistance into consideration and complies with the RoHS Directive. In particular, the amount of gas (outgas) that adversely affects facilities and equipment is as low as about 1/100 compared to general cables, so it is used in semiconductor equipment.
Two types of products are available: the PVC type VLC series and the ELC series made of halogen-free materials.
Outgassing is gas that is generated from cable materials and contains substances that contaminate semiconductor devices, wafers, etc.
(RoHS Directive: Directive for Restriction of Use of Specified Hazardous Substances Concerning Electrical and Electronic Equipment in Europe)

Main use

Organic contamination control cables
for semiconductor manufacturing equipment
